General Information

Welcome to the Whispering Springs community!  As a Planned Residential Development, we have Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) with which all residents are obligated to comply.  Please take a moment to review them by clicking on the “Rules & Regulations” page.

HOA board meetings are typically held the first Tuesday of every other month at 6:00 PM. Members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend the public portion of the meeting. For location and specifics about the monthly meeting please use the “Contact Us” page.  Our annual homeowners meeting is typically held in October.

HOA dues are currently $160.00/month.

If you are a new owner, our management company will contact you as soon as they receive the information from your title company about your purchase. This may take up to 60 days. If you do not hear from them within that time, please contact us so that payment of your monthly dues can be arranged. This will prevent dues from accumulating.

Garbage collection day is on Mondays, usually fairly early in the morning. If you have opted to have a blue recycle bin, please note that those are only picked up every other week.

    I am putting my townhome up for sale and would like to know the transfer fees for changing names on the contract with Advantage Management/Whispering Springs HOA. Please include all fees and paperwork if you can.
